2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Asia Offshore Banking does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All decisions made regarding banking, capital management, and crypto conversion are entirely your responsibility.

Past performance of financial systems (such as interest rates or crypto-fiat exchange) is not a guarantee of future results.


4. Our Services

We offer the following services:

  • Opening of personal USD bank accounts in Cambodia

  • Visa/UnionPay card delivery

  • Cryptocurrency cash-out (USDT to USD)

  • Cambodian eSIM provisioning for OTP compatibility

  • Remote or in-person account activation

All services are provided with transparency and based on current local regulations. Specific services may vary by client location and bank policies.


5. Fees and Payment

Our standard pricing is clearly listed on our website. Payment for services must be completed in full before account processing begins.

There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or monthly charges unless explicitly stated.

Once a service has been successfully delivered (e.g., account opened or card shipped), fees are non-refundable.


6. Crypto Cash-Out Disclaimer

Our crypto-to-cash conversion service (USDT to USD) operates under a licensed local partner. We do not custody digital assets or perform transactions directly.

You agree and acknowledge:

  • Crypto transactions carry inherent risks

  • Asia Offshore Banking is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, incorrect wallet addresses, or compliance reviews

  • You are responsible for knowing and reporting any taxable events in your country of residence


7. Data Privacy

We only collect the data necessary to deliver our services (e.g., passport, proof of address). All data is encrypted and stored securely.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond what is required for account setup or legal compliance.

8. OTP Compatibility and Mobile Numbers

Cambodian banks use OTP (One-Time Password) verification via SMS. This service is available in 23 supported countries.

If you do not have a compatible number, we offer a Cambodian eSIM to receive OTP securely and globally.

We are not responsible for delays due to failed SMS delivery or incorrect phone number submissions.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or fraudulent documentation

  • Misuse our services or impersonate others

  • Attempt to access internal systems or reverse-engineer our platform

  • Violate any Cambodian or international laws while using our services

Any violation may result in immediate termination of service.


10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure a smooth and secure process, we are not liable for:

  • Bank delays, account rejection, or closure

  • Delays in card delivery by courier services

  • Force majeure events (e.g., political unrest, internet outage, natural disasters)

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
